Here's how you can customize your own search for bank owned (REO) and short sale listings using our real estate map. First, go to our home page and click the big blue button.
When the real estate map loads, select the "foreclosures" radio button in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
You can use this setting along with any of our other search settings, such as price, property type, square footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, etc. (You can even save your search settings and receive email updates when distressed properties matching your criteria enter the market.) Once you've run your search, our property map will display with each distressed property identified on the map.
From here you can click on a property and view the details of the listing, including the distressed property type. For example, this property is a bank-owned property.
And this property is a short sale.
