The Madison Metropolitan School District has a very useful "find your school" search tool on the Parents page of the district web site. Let's suppose you're interested in knowing the elementary, middle and high school for 5422 South Hill Drive on Madison's west side. Here's what you do: 1) Go to http://drupal.madison.k12.wi.us/cgi-bin/mmsd/findyourschool.cgi. 2) Select the Single address radio button. 3) Enter your street address and select Search. The tool then presents all three schools for this address.
