My Profile

I am a partner in the law firm of Herrick & Kasdorf, LLP, located on the Capitol Square in Madison. I received my law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan and was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 2003. My practice covers most civil matters, with a special emphasis on real estate, small business set up, estate planning, and tenant-landlord matters. I charge reasonable hourly rates and flat fees, depending on what you need done.

In my practice, no matter what I am doing for my clients, I focus on problem-solving and demystifying the legal system. Since you are the one that will live with the outcome of the work (whether it be a real estate transaction, a will, or a lawsuit), it is essential that you understand the steps in the process and feel sufficiently informed to make good decisions. I pride myself on providing professional advice and results in an efficient, approachable manner.
